Disgusted: Money STILL being deducted!!!

After lodging a complaint on Hellopeter in October 2013 stating MTN had admitted a year ago that they did an illegal sim swop and still had not cancelled the contract on the expiry date of 21 Oct 2013, I got a response from them that the matter will be finalised. Money is STILL being deducted from my bank account. Infact, the amount has now increased from R118 per month (at the end of Aug 2013), to R217 at the end of Sept, R177 end Oct and again R177 end Nov.
The contract is in my husband's name, and initially the money was deducted from his account. in April 2012 I requested MTN to change bank details to mine. Instead of changing the details, they added mine, so both my husband and I were paying R118 per month. We left it like that, knowing the contract expired in Oct 2012, but before it expired, the sim swop was done and we have tried since then to cancel the contract.
With two debit orders of R118 going off each month for the past 19 months, we have have now paid more than R2 500 without using the number. had been committed with the number and we refused to used it.
What do I have to do to have this contract CANCELLED and stop the from our banking accounts?
