Non Existant Accounts Department

I have been trying since December 2012 to get invoices out of ADT!! Today I called 3 times to get hold of the accounts department! 1st time I got though the lady who answered and said she is transferring me to the accounts department then after being on hold for 10 mins the call was disconnected. The 2nd time no one answered the phone, which i think in a company of your size is is absolutely unacceptable!! The 3rd time we tried I got through to the lady and she said she is transferring me to accounts and after being on hold for 5 mins we just got rerouted to the operator!! This is when we gave up. AGAIN!! This is not the first time we have tried to get the information out of ADT either!

I ask you this, how can you run a company in this way? Surely your customers are of some reasonable importance? We moved to ADT some months ago as we thought they were better than their competitors, CLEARLY NOT!! Your service is absolutely disgusting! If this is not resolved before the end of the week you WILL lose our business!!
