One YeAr later... still no response!!!

I have been emailing and phoning this company for almost 2 YEARS!!! Finally cancelled my debit order a year ago, hoping to get some response... cant believe that I am still waiting! I am expected to pay for a service which I dont have and every time I manage to get someone on the phone who promises to sort things out and call me back - it NEVER happens! What the are we expected to do when dealing with such an unscrupulous bunch of? Final straw is that they have the nerve to hand my account over to an attorney - without even bothering to contact me in the past 20 months and find out what the problem is and to make an effort to sort it!! The mind boggles!
