Unable to sort out billing in more than a yea

I switched to Chubb for my house security after a special offer they ran last year in my area. After 2 month I cancelled the contract due to unsatisfied service. It was agreed that there will be no notice period and only 1 month premium is due, which went off by debit order. As it was too late to stop the second debit order run, I agreed to have it cancelled from my side. Despite NUMEROUS e-mails and calls and promises to have the account sorted and cancelled, nobody actually actions it. Twice they ran the debit order and I had to have it reversed at my expense. After another call last month I was informed that no record can be found of my account. So I though finally the matter is sorted. But guess what, yesterday another account in the post. IT SEEMS THERE IS NO WILLING, COMPETENT, BRAIN USING PERSON IN THAT COMPANY THAT IS ABLE TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. Perhaps this will help.
