Useless service and assistance

I have been struggling with an account for more than a year now. It has cost me money, time etc etc running after them to sort my account out and rectify the problem so the account can be paid but there is just no response from their side whatsoever. Promises to call back but no call back, promises to reply to emails, no replies, promises to assist and sort the problem out, NOTHING. I am wanting to pay the account and sort it out but you are not doing anything from your side. I have contacted Foschini already for them to sort it out from their side seeing as though you lot can't.
