PROMISED VOUCHER AND SUDDEN TARIFF HIKE

We signed a contract with ADT security via GDH security as they had a special offer on. They installed and we paid the amount requested. The contract came with a R500 builders express voucher which we have asked for on numerous occasions and have not received it to date. Was this false advertising to get us to sign up? Furthermore, we received an sms this morning saying that our monthly tariff will go up from May. Are they allowed to just increase the tariff after we sign for a specific amount. I want answers and solutions or you should just remove your unit from my home. I expected transparency and i got the opposite.
