TARIFF ON OFFER IS NOT WHAT I AM BEING INVOICED

Recently extended my contact after seeing the new iPhone promo Autopage were offering. My bill is now R300 more than the advertised tariff (i have not used any data or minutes over my package provision) and the tariff I signed my retention agreement at.

sent e-mail to accounts department with both my retention agreement I signed and bill - but yet to receive any response???
