Not sticking to commitments and bad service

Received the following SMS "Dear Nashua Mobile Customer: We are aware that your request for a tariff migration was not processed as planned. Please note that your request will be completed on 1st June 2013."
This is many months after doing everything by the book as per their demands. Why do they have to try and squeeze one more higher tariff payment out of clients when they drop to a lower tariff contract? Terrible customer service, no apology given, solution offered - just state that they have not kept up their obligations and I have to it up and pay more for one more month?
