No tariff plan change allowed!! Very angry

Hi.
good day.
i have accidently changed my tariff plan while i was playing around my USSD settings.now i cannot change back to 8ta more. Tariff plan change is very simple process with any other network in South Africa but not in 8ta.i really did not understand how come it is not possible at all!!! I am very angry with you guys and i ll port my number asap to any other RSA Network if you cannot fix this issue.
