Absolutely pathetic service

No invoice - no payment. Unable to get hold of their accounts department. Phone just rings untill it evenyually cuts off. It is not the customers duty to phone for an invoice. This problem has been going on for months. They do not even respond to emails send from their local branch where I am staying.
If a company becomes to big their service deteriorate and they die fast.
I am fed up and changing to somebody else.
