Not receiving Invoices

I have been literally PLEADING wih ADT accounts department to send our invoices for the past three months with absolutely NO reposnse, however, ADT is getting their money every month as we pay by Debit Order.
I tried to call their general contact number (086 12 12 400) and then the operator would try to transfer my call to account... NO joy in that. The phone just rings until the call cuts off - I tried this a few times Then got the direct number for accounts (011 321 4555). Called this number a few times, and the same thing, the phone rings until the call cuts off.
Can somebody at ADT please investigate to see if the accounts department employees are still alive? And if there is anybody alive and willing to work in the Accounts department, PLEASE forward our invoices to us.
