Any chance you can respond

I cannot believe a company like ADT will let you wait 15 minutes to get through and then simply puts the phone down without even responding. I am just trying to confirm they have received my payment, I have sent them payment yet they still took a direct debit from my account so I have now paid them twice.
All I want to do id make sure everything on my account is correct and they wont even pick the phone u[.
Absolutely pathetic service. It is better for me to change to a local company as these big companies don't give a.
My wife has just had a baby and they send her SMS's but when you try to call they wont even pick the phone up.
I am going to cancel ADT.
