Payment not reflecting and no help!

I had an issue where I needed ADT to come and service my alarm. I was informed that I would be charged for the callout, and agreed. When I received the invoice I promptly made payment at the local standard bank branch. I then called ADT to inform them that payment was made. I never heard from them since. Yesterday I called to book out a call with them for an error on my system. I was told they can't book it as I am outstanding on a payment from the last service (the one I paid in the branch). I was told to call the accounts department in the morning. I tried numerous times and allI get is their recording. No one answers and when someone did answer (twice) they just hung up immediately. They do not call back to the client and do not respond to emails. Service is totally unacceptable as I can;t even log the call with them due to their system not reflecting a payment that was made using their supplied deposit slip.
