SECOND REQUEST: NO FEEDBACK FROM ADT

My first request was met with an automated response from ADT. to date no one has called me back or processed my refund. How on earth do customers deal with these companies when they from you and have no decency to get a real person to call or even do the refund. It is now MARCH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY REFUND OR SECURITY ON MY PROPERTY
