Scary to think that we put our safety in the hands of the most incompetent company that I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

Since installation in November 2012 I have had nothing but headaches but I'm sure they sleep well as long as I keep paying my monthly fees. I have had technicians out 3 times and the alarm is still not working properly.

Response time is poor and have on occasion waited 10 minutes for a call when alarm goes off. Sometimes they don't even call. When my fiancee was home alone once she sat locked in the room for 30minutes and still they didnt call.

Today, I took a days leave for a technician to come out as they couldn't tell me what time they would be here. At 12pm I got a call saying they are not coming anymore. After a fight, they promised to send someone (spoke to a manager - Ngosani). At 4pm I phoned again and they said the call out was cancelled again (without even letting me know), After another fight they said someone would come after 5pm. Called again at 6pm and call out was cancelled again. They now want a after hours call out fee (still waiting for call back).

Will they give me a days leave back or reimburse 40minutes on the phone. I think not
