Safety not their main concern

Yesterday I reported my alarm is not working and dealt with the technical department who said they will call me when a technician can come out. I called again today just to be told that the technician will come out the 27th... that is in 8 days? How can I wait this long without an alarm? They don't care about safety and even trying to get a manager to call you back is useless. I am not standing for this. I will make it my life mission to make sure people does not make the mistake using and trusting adt.
