I have a problem with the alarm company ADT. I've been having this problem since the day they installed it on 17 December 2012.
They guy that sold us the product, Paul, promised us a whole lot of things and till today we have had nothing but bad service from ADT. We were promised, by Paul, that we would have a 3min response time, a meet and greet service, where ADT will come and meet us at our house (should we get home very late at night) to make sure everything Is ok before we enter our premise. Also that if in the event the response vehicle is on another call, that there will be a backup vehicle on standby. Not to talk about using companies to contract for you that is totally not up to your standard. What makes me even more furious is that the ADT staff on the other line tells us that if we not happy we should take it up with SECUPRO.I have problems with the alarm in general as well. Whenever we go out, the alarm tends to go off. ADT will call me, I will tell them that we are not at home. They will tell me that they sending out a response vehicle, and I always tell them to call me with feedback and no1 ever calls. This is how they treat new customers
