I installed a ADT alarm system on the 21 January 2013 paid an amount off R700 for administrate fees I have been paying my monthly subscription fees on the 14 March 2013 I notice my alarm was not working correctly because I was tilling and it might off been moved so I taught ADT will give me a call to confirm if everything is correct I never receive a call I began getting afraid for my safety so I press the panic butter I spoke to ADTs control room and the person advise me everything is in order, however I was still not able to receive confirmation when I enter my pin on Saturday 16 March 2013 I contact ADT customer service and advise off my problem I spoke to a consultant and he advise that they need to sent out a technician to check and there will be a fee charge if the system Is damage been afraid for me and my family safety I agreed on the 18 March 2013 I return home and my mother advise a technician had installed our system again while checking the installation I confirm this was the best installation ever however the first installation was not so secure I also receive a invoice where I need to pay R470 firstly I never receive any feedback from the 14 March 2013 until I had to
