Unacceptable Service

Due to the poor service received from ADT Security, I have decided to cancel my contract. in the first situation, upon setting off the alarm by accident, there was no response vehicle that showed up at my home. Numerous phone calls to ADT later confirmed that they had the incorrect address! Another incident, the response vehicle showed up half an hour late. In my final incident when ADP was called to attend to a situation at home, the response vehicle was cancelled by an employee from the control room. After sending out the cancellation letter a week ago, I have received no help or feedback from ADT. Managers and staff are always in meeting and too busy to assist with the cancellation. They promise to call back but no one ever does. I am running around in circles with ADT. It beats me how ADT can be SA's leading seurity company when they are so pathetic at what they do.
