Slow response time

Once again im back here to complain about the poor response time from ADT, i had an activation at my house, after the call centre phoned me the response vehicle arrived 20 minutes later.

My initial complaint regarding my home alarm has still not been concluded, and i keep receiving sms reminders telling me to test my alarm.
