NO ARMED RESPONSE!!!

On 19 December 2012 whilst I was out I received a call from ADT Control Room to let me know that my alarm had been activated. They advised me they would send out a response vehicle. I arrived home within 5 minutes and in view of the fact that the armed response would be there shortly, I entered my home. After checking found there wasn't any sign of forced entry.

I am aware that the company gets false signals, but my complaint is lack of follow up and I must say doesn't give me any sense of security. I wrote a letter on the 20th and received a call from Shaun who promised he would check and see why no armed response vehicle was despatched. As I had no response from Shaun, I wrote a further letter to the company on the 28th December and this was followed up by another call from somebody whose name I don't remember who again promised to get back to me the following day. It is now the 14th January and I still haven't had any feedback. Trying to get hold of this Company telephonically is impossible. WHAT ROTTEN SERVICE AND A company THAT LACKS FOLLOW UP!
