Still paying for a product I dont use

About 3 to 4 years a go my fiance and I had an alarm installed in our rented home in The Westridge. We asked for and understood the system to be a rental one. After having a breaking we moved out of the property and informed Richard who had done the contract with us when we got it, that we were moving out and that the system needed to be taken out. This never happened. 4 years on and Secupro are suing me for a system that they still call me for every time it goes off. Yes the alarm is till this day still in the house and im being forced to pay for something that protects new tenants. I even told Blaine at Michael Ward Attorneys the alarm is still in the house and He should tell his client to remove it. I called Richard a few months back but know one got back to me. I so sick of this!
