Useless Service

Being ADT client for the past 5 years, not sure if our alarm was working so we decided to do a test. We hit the panic button at 2:20pm. They called our cellphones at 2:30 pm and we did not answer to see their response. We waited long till 3:00pm, when finally an ADT vehicle comes half an hour, yes 30mins you read right late. The gentleman laxidazically without a care in the world jumps of his vehicle, (this is supposed to be armed response not a stroll in the park) ADT 's reaction time should be 6 to 7 minutes, this is what they swear, stipulated in the contract we signed. Being a loyal client for many years is this the company I place our lives in everyday? Is this the service we pay for as loyal clients? To add I then received a call at 3:00pm, by an Indain male, name Akesh, the agent was blatantly rude to me and raises his voice at me a client and knowing ADT messed up and was in the wrong. If it was a real emergency your HALF AN HOUR response time, would have been a little too late. Knowing the crime rate in our Isipingo area. For the past year we have received no service, your customer service/support/reaction unit STINKS yet they feel nothing in debiting me.
