Worst Security company EVER!!!

Yesterday our alarm went off at 16:00pm... ADT only arrived at 17:00pm... Exactly AN HOUR after the alarm went off!!! This is the NORM... Since we installed our alarm a year ago they have NEVER EVER responded immediately. The 'normal' waiting period is between 20-30 minutes if you are lucky. WHY do we pay for this inferior service? We can not trust them with our lives or to protect our property... We are DEFINITELY going to cancel our contract now and I do not care about their 'terms & conditions'...because they could not care less about our safety. We have struggled just as much with our accounts with them!! They are the WORST security company ever! Please do NOT make use of their service!!!
