Pathetic service from sales person

When we decided to install an alarm system we contacted ADT security. The sales person who we dealt with was pathetic. His pathetic service includes: Cancel meetings. I paid for goods that is still not installed. He is not answering his phone. He does not even return our calls. I also spoke to his manager on Friday who promised me he will sort something out. Nothing happened. He also doesn't get back to us. I want to cancel the contract and want my money back.
