Adt withdrew R908 from my account for a technical call-out when I stated on the form that I would pay by EFT. I noticed that the money was missing on the 28/2/2013. Now I can understand mistakes happening with accounts but the response from the ADT call centre has been the worst I have ever experienced. I first logged a query on the site which promised 24 hours turnaround. This did not occur. I then contacted the call centre 3 times and was cut off after being on hold for in excess of 10 minutes on each occassion. I eventually got through to a supervisor called Brenda who assured me that she would rectify the situation (this was the end of February) she even emailed me from her personal address. I have sent numerous follow up emails to her, also to the websirpte, phoned the call centre 4 times this afternoon with the same result and still no response! For an armed response company which is meant to have a call centre that operates under life threatening situations I am very concerned. Still no resolution to my issue.
