There is no communication between the call centre and the armed response. When the armed response visits the house and we tell them that all is fine, please have the armed response communicate this to the call centre. Is there any need then for the call centre to call back afterwards and ask if everything is ok when we have just spoken to the armed response? Especially at 3am in the morning.

My alarm recently had a problem and was sending a signal out, i told them that there was a problem and i would let them know when resolved and they need not call me each and every time, but to make a note on the system. They called me back a number of times.

There is a lack of training on the process and perhaps a lack of process at all.
