Impossible to contact ADT

After a burglary we tried in vain to get through to the contact centre to get a quote for additional security. We eventually managed to get a number for the most efficient rep, Prenashen Ankiah. He came out quoted and within a day the new sensor/beams were installed. These beams however are not functioning properly and we have again tried in vain to get through to the call center to get the technicians out again! The rep tried to assist by contacting the technical department at least a week ago, asking them to log a fault but to date no response from ADT!!! In the meantime our security is being compromised!
