How ADT take advantage of the elderly!

Concerned with their security my elderly parents of 80 years plus contacted ADT to install security beams linked to their existing system. The quote was done on contract 227738 and a deposit of R2500 paid on receipt number 32506 dated 3 april. On the day of installation they were informed that their system was not compatible with the new beams. since that date 4 April despite daily interventions they are not able to get a refund. As pensioners they need the money to find an alternative, ADT you are placing the security of elderly folk at risk, you should be ashamed of yourselves.!!!
