It's quite sad when you have to resort to a public domain to get answers and action. I've spent R12k to upgrade my alarm system and since day one I have had issues with the beams. I have been promised on 3 occasions that the faulty beams will be replaced. The last time Adt came to supposidly replace the beams I even spoke to the technician while he was on my premises to make sure they replace the set. I've checked my invoice which my maid signed for and all the tech did was test for 15 minitues. I've e-mailed Prenashen on the 18th of June and left a messgae on his mobile on last week - to date no response. Is this the way Adt treats it's clients? I demand that the beams be replaced or refund me my money.
