Poor service delivery once again from ADT!!!

Purpose of this report is to complain about the poor service delivery and response to ADT answering their telephone calls. Had a burglary at our house in 47 Juno Str., Kensington, JHB on 26/11/2013 at 10h30 when ADT called to advise alarm activation. We had external beams installed at our home 2 years ago by ADT and were advised by ADT, Christopher van Heerden, to deactivate these beams due to "over-activations". However we have now had a burglary because the beams were not active, the burglars gained access to our house!!! Have tried to call ADT and speak to the area manager but not able to do so due to very complicated call centre system!! Be warned ADT there will be further deactivations and We will not pay for excessive call outs!! Requesting call from area manager or managing director.
