In November 2012 we paid twice for armed response. All of December I sent emails and tried to contact ADT through Facebook. Only a Hellopeter complaint produced a result. Renee Nelson-Arendolf promised that we wouldn't be charged for February and March. She didn't arrange this, and our February debit order went off. She ignored emails. I made a Hellopeter complaint. Shehaam Diedricks told me we wouldn't be charged for March and April. Plus she said we would be refunded bank charges. She told me the refund could take "up to 14 working days". Several emails went unanswered; she finally passed me back to Renee Nelson-Arendolf who didn't apologise for her original mess-up but told me this had been passed to the accounts department. Since then I have dealt with Kenneth Nkanyane who phoned me once and proceeded to ignore emails. He said he would try to get the refund done that week. Every day this week I emailed asking for an update without any response. Today I said I would make a Hellopeter complaint if I did not get a satisfactory answer. At 6pm he emailed Sebenzile Mthembu asking for feedback. Could he not have picked up the phone and spoken to his colleague? What is wrong with ADT?
