PROMISED REFUND STILL NOT ISSUED - 4 MONTHS LATER!

I am utterly disgusted with Q Photo. I have been corresponding since February to follow up as they have still not issued me a PROMISED REFUND from February for a photobook that was ordered and paid for in OCTOBER 2012.

By DECEMBER 2012 I sent messages to ask where my book was (it was intended as a gift for November, expected delivery 14 days (!) and never even got printed!).

From the moment in December that I requested to cancel the order and be refunded, all I received was a deadly silence. In February I posted on Hello Peter after numerous unanswered emails. Then I was suddenly replied to. Funny that.

Since then I was promised my refund and supplied my banking details with promise of payment the very next day. I paid via an overseas visa account and was then told it would take a few days to process but promised I would be refunded. I am STILL WAITING.

I sent several messages all unanswered to HEAD OFFICE Q PHOTO, to LAYLA MORRIS who originally replied to my HELLO PETER complaint & promised me the refund and even cc'd Jaco V whose name appeared on some correspondence. I am owed nearly R900.00 (R843.60) and this is entirely unacceptable.

I am at an utter loss.
