Failure to deliver on promise

Towards the end of last year we paid twice in one month for ADT armed response. I tried repeatedly to contact ADT via different avenues (customer service and two Facebook pages), without any success. It was only when I complained on Hellopeter that I got a response. I was told that we would receive two months free ADT service in February and March, as it was too late to stop the January debit order. Guess what - we have just been charged for February. I quote (31 December 2012):

With reference to Hellopeter complaint received and as discussed, in lieu of double-billing on account XXX, we have agreed to arrange two months (February 2013 and March 2013) free service.
