Still no joy!

In April, i complained about a settlement that was paid by me, and afterward, a debit order went off. Cell c phoned me and told me they will process a refund. I have still not received the refund. They asked me to send them my bank statement, but nothing has happened. I cannot get to speak to the person who dealt with my query.. I have sent two emails now, and no response. Lets see if they respond on a Hellopeter complaint!!
