I had a contract with this company for armed response, at the time i was letting the property and decided to move to a security complex, i wrote them a cancellation letter to cancel my armed response, EPR does not provide armed response in my new complex and EPR told me to give one month notice, then i got letters from them telling me i owe them R7000 and put a judgement on my name not telling me of their intentions to do so.
Do not use this company, i don't care what it takes but i will get the judgement reversed.
