On the 26th of February I called the call centre on 011 2075006 to assist me with a query as I was going through my log book and realised that there was one day missing. I need to submit my kilometres travelled every month as I need to claim it back from the company that I work for. I have spoken to a lady and she said that she will have to get her IT department involved as she too could not find the kilometres that was travelled on that specific day. I called back again the next day as nobody returned my call and someone else assisted me. He to agreed that there is something wrong and that he will get the initial person that helped me to five me feedback. Nobody called back and I had to call myself again yesterday (04/03/2013) to find out what the development is with regards to my request. When I called I asked to speak to the lady that helped me on the 26th of February but she was busy once again. I explained to the gentleman that it is very urgent as yesterday was the cut off date to submit my travel claims. He assured me that she will call me by yesterday afternoon. Nobody called me back and I had to summit my travel claims without the Kilometres travelled on that specific
