Two months ago i pressed my panic button to alert Netstar that someone had been following me from the office, this was around 7:45, Netstar called my brother around 12 midnight to ask what was the problem. I called their offices to find out what was the reason that it took them 4 hours to respond to my alert Kevin who is the supervisor promised to get back to me regarding this matter, i called the next week to find out what was the problem and get feedback he did not know what i was talking about, i then asked to be put through to cancellations department and the lady that helped me asked to investigate before terminating the contract, i called again and there has been no feedback, i asked to speak to kevin and he was too busy to speak to me . someone please assist
