My vehicle was on wednesday, 27th February 2013. It was taken between 12:30 and 4pm. I contacted the control room to report my car at about 4:10pm. I was told they will track and get back to me. Feeling confident, thinking i was in good hands, i had a bit of relief.By 6pm i heard nothing from them. I had to call to get an update... still nothing... by 9:30pm i heard nothing..called them again... and got same feedback..theuy are still trying to track. Next day, yet again no feedback from them. i called in and asked to speak to someone who could help. I was told Michelle is giving my case top priority and would call me back. What a joke, no call back. So friday i call to speak to michelle, and they say she is busy, i respond by asking to speak to her manager, and amazingly she is available. Then she says she is not the person handling my case...??? She then advised she would get the manager to contact me..GUESS WHAT??? NOBODY called me back... SO, it is now almos mid saturday and i am not holding my breathe. I would like to know, what is tracetec's legal obligation to the customer should they not recover my car. Email me [Email Removed]
