Vehicle in for repairs, no feedback

My vehicle went in for panel beating on the 18 February, booked by the dealer. No feedback was given until i called on Thursday as i was advised it will be ready Thursday or Friday. they had not even started the repairs. i would call the assessor PATRICK, leave a message for him and speak to him directly. he would advise he will call back, but never did. Then asked for workshop manager MARCUS, he also did not call. Asked for manager DESMOND he also did not respond. then spoke to their complaints lady Tania, who got Megan to call me. i had to return the vehicles i loaned and asked them to provide a vehicle which they then did, due to the POOR SERVICE., i still had to fill fuel. I called today again. Left a message for Patrick, Desmond and Megan, Marcus. Called back and spoke to Patrick, he still has not called me. the service is ridiculous. they do not seem not care about client service. I only use then as that was one of the repair centres recommend by my insurance company and it is in my area > TERRIBLE SERVICE
