I have called Afri boards on Monday to retrieve a quotation for supplies and i was told by Michelle to send a List to their company e-mail address which i completed and sent through. I received no feedback so i called at the end of the day only to be told that she did not receive my mail. She sent through a test mail for me to reply to and i also attached the list to the mail again for pricing and this time around i attached a delivery receipt which came back successful.
I have called the store and have asked to speak to her but she was not available so i left a message with the receptionist Jamie, she did not return my call.
I have called again this morning and asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager was in hospital and Michelle was second in charge and was guaranteed that she will call as soon as she is in @ 08: 30 and guess what no response.
Utterly disgusted with the way they conduct business and excuses. Maybe they don't value customers.
Please all, take into account my experience when conducting business with Afri- Bboards as incompetence stems from the top or might i say the person in the acting position.
