WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS FOR A CALL BACK

I CALLED MIWAY ON THE 5TH OF FEBRUARY REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO ETHEL SEKOGTHE TO BOOK IN MY VEHICLE FOR HAIL DAMAGE AND TO FIND OUT IF MY FRONT WINDSCREE WAS READY. I HELD ON FOR MORE THAN 10 MINS FOR HER. EVENTUALLY I SENT HE AN EMAIL THE SAME DAY. NOTHING. ON THE 4TH OF MARCH I WENT ONTO THE MIWAY WEBSITE AFTER CALLING AGAIN FOR HER AND REQUESTED THEM TO CALL ME BACK. TODAY THE 25TH MARCH I AM CURRENTLY HOLD FOR ETHEL. NOTHING SHE IS BUSY. I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR, HA HA SUPRISINGLY THE MANAGER IS BUSY I MUST LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME. WHAT IN ANOTHER 2 MONTHS I WILL CALL MIWAY AGAIN. I JUST GOT TOLD THAT THE PERSON I JUST SPOKE TO HAS SENT A MESSAGE TO THE MANAGER AND TO ETHEL TO CALL ME BACK. WE SHALL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. WHAT IS OUR COUNTRY COMING TO? DONT WE PAY THEM FOR A SERVICE???
