Docking Station doesn't work nor does the helpline

I received a docking station on 5th February from Group, however, there is no sound.
Called on the 7th February and followed up with an email, no further response.
Called on the 11th, was advised that they would escalate and someone would call me back, again nothing
Called on the 12th, same story.
Called on the 15th same again.
I called this morning, 18th, was told once again that a courier would be arranged and they would call me to confirm a date, I asked to speak to a Manager, was kept on hold for a few mins and then the line was cut.
I called back now to speak to a Manager and was told that no-one was available.

To make things worse, they delivered to the incorrect address after sending me an email to confirm the change of address, and they still have the wrong address on the system.
