My mom got a quote for alarm system at her house in Witfield, May this year. After the alarm was put in we found that it did not cover any off the critical areas. We told one of the owners who in actual fact gave the quote that it is not working. Technicians that have come out told us themselves that it will not work the way it was done. More senior technicians was send out to sort out the alarm that's keeps going off but with no luck. We can not activate the beams and the house alarm at once as it goes off the whole time and the neighbours gets quite irritated. Now the Main Zone in the house also don't work. They are demanding we pay the balance of the installation for the system that does not work. How can she pay for something that does not work like it should from the beginnig?
