Our gate motor and intercom was damaged by lightening on the 3rd January 2013 - after contacting our insurance company - Nedbank Home Insurers and after many calls to the insurance company and security company allocated to our claim our gate motor and intercom were eventually repaired on the 12th February 2013! However since the repairs were completed the one gate took longer to close than the other gate and therefore many times the gate did not close properly and since yesterday it does not close at all, of course this is a major security risk not to mention that I have 2 large dogs that open the gate and run in the street when it cannot close, I informed the security company to please repair and they have informed me they can only help me next week - totally unacceptable! Do not use this supplier and if Nedbank Home Insurers allocate them to you complain!
