Pathetic service!!!

In the beginning of February 2013 I signed a contract for the installation of CCTV cameras at my residence. The installers pitched at my home on 12 February. Unfortunately they could not install the system as they did not have all the materials, so it was rescheduled for 18 February. That day the installed the system, but forgot the monitors at Vredenburg. I specifically asked, and was quoted, for two monitors. Eventually they fetched the one monitor and installed it. According to the technician the office never ordered the extension for the second monitor. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable. I am still waiting for ADT to come back to me with a date for the installation of the second monitor, as it is more than a week now. I am considering it to cancel my contract with ADT, as they are definitely not rendering a reliable service.
