Chubb
No installation since 2 March

I signed a contract with Chubb on 2 March to have a security system installed at my house. Up to now 11 April 2013 at 11.00 it have not been installed after another promise yesterday that it will be done today. I am beginning to wonder how the response reaction will be if they will receive an alarm after the installation is done. I notified them that I will cancell the deal if the system is not installed today
