Account cancelled, debit order not

I cancelled the tracker unit on 9 November 2012 and received the confirmation letter of the cancellation. The last premium to be paid according to them should be 1 December 2012. At 1 January 2013 another premium was deducted. After numerous phone calls and promises on money that will be paid back, still I get sms's that the power is down on the vehicle. It seems that the contract is not cancelled. Their is still the premium deduction of 1 January 2013 that must be paid back. If anybody reads this please do not take up Mix telematics tracker if you ever plan to change a service provider. Can this be sorted out please.
