Tracker Connect
Paid cash, but no tracking device

We bought the car two month ago and then we were informed that the tracker was installed already a paid cash by westbank. Only to find that the device installed is not working at all... For tje past two months they have been doing absolutely nothing to get this sorted. And right now I need nothing to do with them than the money paid to them back into our account...
