Tracker bought with new car never worked

I bought a new car in 2011, and with the car i had a Tracker installed with a 3 year subscription. After we have moved to a new province without so much as a peep from Tracker i phoned them to find out if the service actually still worked. They tried to Test the unit and it turns out it DOESNT. Shocker. This was on 6 Nov. I have tried repeatedly to get them to investigate why the tracker is not working and i am being ignored. My only conclusion must be that it never worked or maybe the unit was never installed. I paid thousands of rands for this tracking unit and i now feel totally ripped off. Actually, its. This is now my final point of call because, as I mentioned i have been trying for a month now to get them to fix this problem i have been having. I feel everyone should be aware of this if they are thinking about getting a tracking unit. My other car has a Matrix tracking unit installed and they are amazing. I would suggest you skip past these and go the Matrix route.
